This is by far the only proof of the Jeff the killer image this appears to be a photo shopped image of a man perking up smiling but I don’t know if this is the real origin of it

Of the persons pictured, nine are confirmed deceased and six are currently at large. Charges against the recently-deceased have been officially dropped, and the photographer is being treated at an undisclosed location for self-inflicted injuries. (me, digital editing, 2020)
